Terms and Conditions

The responsibility of Makkah, Inc as the tour operator or their agents is limited. Makkah Tours, located at 8941 Atlanta ave, Huntington Beach, Ca 92646, acts only as an agent for passengers in making arrangement for airline, hotels, buses or any other services in connection with this tour and assumes no liability whatsoever for injury, damage,  loss, accident, delay or irregularity which may be occasioned either by reason or defect, through the acts or default of any company or person engaged in conveying passengers or in carrying out the arrangement of the tour, or as a direct or indirect result of acts of God, dangerous incidents in the air, sea, fire, breakdown in machinery or equipment, acts of government or other authorities de jure or de facto, war wither declared or not, hostilities. Civil disturbances, strikes, riots, theft, pilferage, epidemics, quarantines, medical or customs regulations or from any causes beyond Makkah, Inc.’s control or from any loss or damage resulting from improper passports, Visas or other documents. Makkah, Inc. will accept no responsibility for loss or additional expenses due to delays or changes in schedule or other causes. Makkah, Inc. shall not be liable or responsible for any inconveniences, loss, damage or injury arising in connection with such services. Makkah, Inc. will not be responsible for failure to follow instructions, including but not limited to check-in and check-out times and baggage handling. In the event of delay, it is responsibility of the airlines to determine exactly what procedure will be followed. The policy chosen by the carrier shall be based on its procedures and shall not be the responsibility of Makkah,, Inc. Makkah, and its affiliates will not be responsible for any person (s) missing any part of the program due to his negligence or delay or responsible for any additional expenses for the participant to rejoin the tour. Moreover, no refund will be given for any services rendered and not utilized. Reservation should be made with a US $2000 deposit to ensure passenger booking. Full payment is due 60 days prior to departure. Passenger’s deposit will be refunded, minus $500 administrative fee, minus any airlines ticket cancellation fee, if cancellation is received in writing 45 days prior to departure.
