Documents needed for a Hajj Visa:

-Original passport valid for at least 6 months from traveling date.
-Non- American citizens: clear color copies of your green card  front & back. (Saudi Consulate may request the original)
-Three recent passport-size photos with your name and signature on the back of the photos.
-Visa Application: Fill out the application completely by typing in your info or writing clearly in black ink. Visa applications can be also downloaded from here.
-Original vaccination certificate for Meningitis vaccine.
-If you do not have a Muslim name, a certificate indicating that you are Muslim is required.

For Ladies Traveling for Hajj/Umrah:

-For a husband and wife, a copy of the marriage certificate is required.

-For ladies less than 45 years old, an accompaning Mahram (husband,brother, son,uncle,.....) is required.
-For women (45 years or older)traveling alone without a Mahram (husband, brother, son,uncle,...) a NOTARIZED permission letter is required from the Mahram, indicating that he has no objection for her to travel for (Hajj/Umra) with the group.
-For women obtaining permission letter from their son that does not have the same last name; the son's birth certificate is required.
